With the right direction from our qualified instructors, you will be able to achieve everything. Our primary goal is to give you the greatest training programmes possible so you can become an experienced LGV driver.

A Class 2 driver who has completed LGV 2 Training is authorised to operate a vehicle that weighs more than 3,500 kg, including trailers up to 750 kg. Usually utilised for local and residential deliveries, this smaller truck—often called a rigid—can weigh up to 32 tonnes.

The most popular training course for new commercial vehicle drivers is the HGV Class 2, since your Cat C licence also allows you to drive any vehicle covered by the Category C1 licence (vehicles over 3.5 tonne but below 7.5 tonne).

According to new regulations, you no longer need to take the Cat C exam in order to train for your Cat C+E licence Or perhaps all you want is your Cat C licence. Later on, you are still able to upgrade to your Cat C+E.
