The C1+E 12 Hour Course with GS Driver Training is a focused training option for learners who want to gain their Category C1+E licence efficiently. With this licence, you can drive medium-sized vehicles (3,500–7,500kg) with a trailer over 750kg. Therefore, it is ideal for ambulance drivers, horsebox owners, removals work, and commercial drivers who need to tow larger loads.
This package is designed for learners who already have their medical, provisional licence, and theory tests completed. Once those steps are in place, you can move directly into 12 hours of practical training with one of our DVSA-approved instructors. During your course, you’ll cover reversing, trailer manoeuvres, and safe on-road driving. In addition, your training hours include both the Module 3a reversing test and the Module 3b on-road driving test, ensuring you complete everything within the course. As a result, this option provides a straightforward route to achieving your C1+E licence.
