What You’ll Do
- Deliver Category C (Class 2), C+E (Class 1) and/or C1 practical training
- Coach reversing (Mod 3a), on-road skills (Mod 3b), safety checks, and real test-route driving
- Prepare learners for CPC Module 4
- Keep accurate training records and provide clear, supportive feedback
- Maintain vehicle standards and promote a strong safety culture
What You’ll Need (Essential)
- Valid UK HGV licence — Category C and/or C+E
- Clean, professional driving standard and strong safety mindset
- Great communicator: patient, calm, and clear with beginners
- Right to work in the UK and ability to travel within Surrey
- Three years HGV Driving Experience
Nice to Have (Desirable)
- Driver CPC Instructor (JAUPT-approved) or CPC assessor experience
- First-aid, coaching or teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or similar)
- Experience as an in-house Mod 3a or CPC Mod 4 assessor
