What You’ll Do

• Deliver Category C (Class 2), C+E (Class 1) and/or C1 practical training
• Coach reversing (Mod 3a), on-road skills (Mod 3b), safety checks, and real test-route driving
• Prepare learners for CPC Module 4
• Keep accurate training records and provide clear, supportive feedback
• Maintain vehicle standards and promote a strong safety culture

What You’ll Need (Essential)

• Valid UK HGV licence — Category C and/or C+E
• Clean, professional driving standard and strong safety mindset
• Great communicator: patient, calm, and clear with beginners
• Right to work in the UK and ability to travel within Surrey
• Three years HGV Driving Experience

Nice to Have (Desirable)

• Driver CPC Instructor (JAUPT-approved) or CPC assessor experience
• First-aid, coaching or teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or similar)
• Experience as an in-house Mod 3a or CPC Mod 4 assessor
